VIOLIN AND VIOLA TUITION FOR BEGINNERS TO ADVANCED.

Customized Lessons to Fit Your Needs

Lessons take place at Oakleigh House School, Uplands,Swansea and are on a "one to one" basis, available to complete beginners and up to Grade 8 standard. Viola lessons are available to students post Grade 8.

An initial consultation is available free of charge to primary school aged children when I can advise on the correct size instrument for your child. Violins and violas come in different sizes and it's important to get the correct one.

Personalized Attention

An important part of playing the violin or viola is learning to read music - it really isn't difficult and a skill which gives you the chance to join other musicians in an orchestra or a band.

I encourage my pupils to enter for Trinity College, London grade exams when I think it's appropriate and join school or local orchestras - chances to perform at any level are an important part of any musician's development.
